What are the alternatives to a care home?

What if you knew of an alternative option to a care home which kept your loved one safe at home in familiar surroundings and at comparable fees to a care home?

Re-ablement live-in care provides intensive support and re-ablement for the physically frail or those recovering from an illness, injury or hospital admission.

The care is delivered in the home overseen and reviewed by a nursing team for between 6-12 weeks during which the care is reviewed. After this period the care can be stepped down or can be maintained. if it is still needed.
