About Us
-
Paragon Home Healthcare provides nurse-led, specialist support for adults and young people with complex health needs. Our support is designed to enable independent and empowered living at home.
Based in Richmond, we cover London, Surrey, Sussex, Kent, Hampshire, Berkshire, and surrounding areas. Our flexible, high-quality care is built around how you want to live.
-
We work with individuals who live with:
Spinal cord injuries
Brain injuries and neurological conditions
Ventilation or tracheostomy needs
Neurogenic bowel and bladder management
Long-term rehabilitation or complex care needs
Some of our clients prefer a PA-style approach, practical assistance that fits into their routines, while others need more hands-on clinical support. Either way, our care is always personalised and focused on your goals and preferences, without taking over.

Because we understand that it’s your life. At Paragon, we combine expert clinical care with practical, respectful support that fits around you.
We understand everyone is different and we don’t use a one-size-fits-all model.
Our staff are highly-trained, but just as importantly, we take time to match you with the right personalities, because we understand you need to connect with care staff in your home.
We don’t take over. We support you to live life on your terms, with confidence, control, and the team you choose by your side.
How We Work
-
Your rota is planned ahead by your Care Coordinator, who works hand-in-hand with your Clinical Care Manager to form your core caseload team. This joined-up approach ensures your care runs smoothly, consistently, and with the right people in place, not just clinically, but personally too.
When new staff join, their initial training is delivered by the team who designed your care plan, so everything is tailored to you. As much training as possible is done in person and in real life, using your environment, equipment, and routines. We don’t rely on generic online modules or one-size-fits-all checklists, we prefer practical and hands-on training and support.
Your Clinical Care Manager is also directly involved in supervising new staff during their early shifts ensuring they’re confident, prepared, and someone you can feel confident in too.
Ongoing quality is supported through regular communication and supervisions, so your care continues to meet your needs, consistently and with the same level of care and attention over time.
-
You won’t just be “allocated” a care worker, we build your team around you. Whether that means recruiting specifically, selecting from our pool of or a mix of both, we match based on your lifestyle, personality, and preferences.
We know that great care isn’t just about clinical skills, it’s also about compatibility. We take the time to understand what kind of support works best for you. Whether you prefer someone outgoing and sociable or calm and quiet, we aim to find the right personal fit.
You’ll have the chance to meet your team beforehand, so you feel confident and comfortable with who’s supporting you.
-
